Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide and a visual review of the property. We may need to adjust pricing if the actual scope, condition, access, or square footage differs from what was described. If that happens, we'll discuss the revised price with you before continuing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A quote is not a contract until you confirm the work and a service date is scheduled.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Service dates are scheduled by phone, text, or through the Jobber portal. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Weather may require us to reschedule for safety and quality reasons.

Site Access and Preparation

You agree to give us reasonable access to the property on the scheduled day. Before we arrive, please:

• Move vehicles, grills, and patio furniture from the work area.
• Close windows and doors and bring in pets.
• Tell us about gate codes, alarms, dogs, or other access details.
• Identify any delicate plants, fixtures, or surfaces you want us to protect.

Service Methods and Property Condition

We use both pressure washing and soft washing and choose the method we believe is appropriate for each surface based on industry-standard practices. By scheduling service you acknowledge that exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage that was not visible before cleaning, like failing paint, loose mortar, rotted wood, damaged shingles, or leaking windows. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.

If we identify a surface that is too damaged or fragile to clean safely, we'll stop and discuss options with you before continuing.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice from Jobber. Past-due balances may be subject to a late fee and collection costs as permitted by Arkansas law.

Satisfaction

If something doesn't look right after we finish, call or text us within 7 days and we'll come back to address it. This guarantee covers cleaning results. It does not cover pre-existing damage, normal aging, environmental staining that returns over time, or surfaces we advised against cleaning.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take reasonable care on every job. Our liability for any claim related to our work is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service, except where prohibited by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Photos

We may photograph completed work for use on the website, in marketing, and on social media. Photos focus on the surface cleaned and avoid identifying details. If you'd rather we not photograph your property, let us know before the appointment.

Website Use

The content on southernar.com (text, images, and design) is owned by Southern Pressure Wash LLC and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. You agree not to use the website to violate any law or interfere with its operation.

The website is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything is current or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
