Christmas lights you own, not rent
Southern Exterior installs Christmas lights across Northwest Arkansas, and the lights we hang belong to you. Cut to your roofline, installed, taken down after the season, and stored by us until next year.

The Difference
Most installers rent you the lights
It is the standard model and most homeowners never think to ask. You pay every December, the lights come down in January, and they go back on a shelf that is not yours. Ten seasons later you have spent real money and own nothing.
The Rental Model
Pay forever, own nothing
- You pay every season and own nothing
- Lights go back to the company in January
- Your price never comes down
How We Do It
Buy once, they are yours
- The lights are yours from the first season
- Cut to your roofline, not generic strands
- Your price drops once they are paid for
Pricing runs off the linear footage of what gets lit. Year one covers the lights themselves, so it costs more. Every season after that is just the work.
What We Light
The whole property, not just the roof
Rooflines & Peaks
Eaves, gables, and peaks, cut to fit so nothing sags or overhangs.
Trees & Bushes
Wrapped trunks and lit branches so the yard is not dark around a lit house.
Wreaths, Garland & Columns
Doors, porches, and railings. The details you notice from the driveway.
Walkways & Yard
Path lighting and stakes that carry the display all the way to the door.
How It Works
Booked in the fall, handled through January

FAQ
Common Questions
Yes, from the first season. Most companies in this market lease them back to you every year, so you pay forever and own nothing. If you hire someone else next year, or hang them yourself, the lights are still yours.
