Fence & Deck Cleaning in Northwest Arkansas
Wood outdoors in Arkansas does not stay pretty on its own. Sun turns cedar and pine gray, humidity grows algae on shaded pickets, and mildew creeps across deck boards. We wash fences and decks with wood-safe methods that lift the gray and kill the green, without the fuzzy, splintered surface high pressure leaves behind.
Pricing is simple. Fences are quoted by the linear foot and decks by the square foot, so once we know your measurements we can hand you a flat number. Quotes are free.
We clean wood, composite, and vinyl fencing and decking throughout Bentonville, Rogers, Bella Vista, Fayetteville, Springdale, and surrounding towns. Locally owned, fully insured, 5.0 stars on Google.

Our Fence and Deck Process
Chemistry over pressure. We apply a cleaner that breaks down gray oxidized fibers, algae, and mildew, let it dwell, then rinse at low pressure with wide fan tips. The goal is to wash grime off the wood, not carve the soft grain out.
We work in sections and keep each one wet while we clean it, since cleaner drying mid-panel is how fences get lap marks. Grass and plantings get rinsed before and after. Composite and vinyl get their own detergent approach for the surface mold they grow in shade.
Why High Pressure Ruins Wood
A wand run close over deck boards shreds the soft wood between the grain lines. The result looks striped and feels fuzzy, raised splinters that catch bare feet and soak up water. Only sanding fixes it.
On wood, the pressure washer is a rinsing tool, not a cleaning tool. The detergent does the cleaning.
Clean Wood Lasts Longer
Algae and mildew hold moisture against wood, and damp wood rots. A cleaned fence dries out between rains the way it should, and the posts and pickets last longer for it.
Cleaning is also step one of refinishing. Stain applied over gray, dirty wood peels early because it never bonded. If you plan to restain this year, wash first, let it dry two or three days, then stain. That is when it penetrates best.
Materials We Handle
Cedar and pressure-treated pine make up most fences here, and both come back with real color once the gray lifts. Composite decking cleans up with low pressure and detergent per manufacturer guidance. Vinyl washes bright white again. We also clean wrought iron and aluminum fencing on larger jobs.
If a fence has failed boards or rot, we point it out during the walkaround rather than wash around a problem.
