Rust cannot be pressure washed off because it is in the concrete, not on it. Removal means chemically converting the iron oxide with a treatment made for masonry, then rinsing it away. Done right, even years-old rust stains disappear almost completely.

Oil wicks down into concrete and keeps wicking back up, which is why a scrubbed oil spot looks better for a week and then shadows back. We work in stages: degreaser and hot-water agitation first, then poultice treatments that draw absorbed oil up and out of the pores as they dry.

Fresh spills respond best, so call sooner rather than later. Old, deep stains usually lighten to a faint shadow, but some very old oil never comes fully out. We tell you which kind you have before you spend money.
